Programs Manager / Geographer
Kakha Bakhtadze is a professional geographer, who has worked for more than 15 years in the field environmental protection and socio-economic development. His area of work covers South Caucasus countries. As a Programs Manager, he led more then 40 international projects related to water, land, air, forest, and mineral resources management. Mr. Bakhtadze supervised, and is one of the authors of the atlas of natural hazards and risks of Georgia. In 2014 the parliament of Georgia adopted the national forest policy concept, of which Kakhaber Bakhtadze was a contributor. From 2012 Mr. Bakhtadze is a member of IUCN ecosystem management commission.

From 2015 Nino Kheladze is founder and executive director for the NGO “Environment and Development” (ED) She is Professional Master in Geo-information Management with emphasis on Land Administration (2007-2008) and Master of Science in Government and Spatial Information Management (2009-2011) graduated from the faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation of the University of Twente (UT).
